Advertisements have become standard within social media. In this day and age, there is no getting round it (unfortunately). This means there will be a good old ad here and there, but as this blog is for you, I like to make sure all adverts are beneficial to all readers.

We made this blog without intention of making money and have pride in our material being original, honest and genuinely made in our readers best interest. With that in mind, I hope you understand the time, money and effort put into this Blog to keep it useful, interesting and... running!

How do ad's work on our platforms?

Across this blog, you’ll find links to different products I’ve used in our renovations or reviews, and popular decor that we get asked about across our platforms. Some of these links are affiliate links, though many will be just for those who are interested! 

 

Affiliate Links simply mean that when you click these links and go on to buy a product (on our recommendation), we'll receive a small commission from you doing so. By purchasing through the link, it DOES NOT impact the price you pay (unless we are also offered a discount for followers), it’s simply a thank-you from the brand  for recommending their product. We must stress, we only ever recommend products and brands which we have used and owned ourself, and fully believe you would benefit from!

Gifted/PR Products:

We may receive gifted products from brands in exchange for use within our platforms, however this is something we always disclose. We WILL NOT accept gifts if we do not like a product/brand, or believe it to be use for our audience. That being said, gifted products often opens up our world to new materials, tools or home decor that we didn't previously know about, and allows us to test these for HONEST review. We will always be upfront about our thoughts.. if we wouldn't buy the item ourself, we won't expect you to.

 We may work with brands to create specific content for the blog or other socials. These are sponsored (fully disclosed) for which we are paid.

These are anything from DIY projects, a How-to's, orProduct reviews that we think will be useful to you, or we genuinely have interest in. Though the content will most-likely involve the brands product, we are lucky enough to work with brands that we already use, know we like, and already recommend. We will most certainly not accept ANY sponsorships for brands that we wouldn't find useful or honestly recommend to our audience.

How it helps us?

The money we receive from advertisements helps fund this blog. Though we started this blog (and other platforms) as a hobby, the blog has expenses such as domain fees, hosting fees, subscriptions fees and more that I can't think to mention! We pay for much of this without thought, however we appreciate any income used to cover such expenses and allow us to continue sharing, inspiring and enjoying this space!

We hope you appreciate the time we put into helping as many readers as possible, and along side working, we don't have much spare time for just us! We're more than happy to cater for all requests and respond to as many questions as possible; the little reward we get fro ad's helps to keep this happening.
